Beach Stories

Family Vacation is one of my favorite times of the year.  I would choose family vacation over Christmas and Thanksgiving if I could.   It is just like a Holiday without the stress.   Although we do pretty much having a contest on who is going to cook the best meal!   This year I have to say I came in LAST!   Although I decided to cook on a night we had no plans and it was about 5:45 when I agreed to cook.   We decided to pick up Steaks and grill them.  Let's just say the meat selection at the grocery store was horrible.   Other than that everything was pretty good.  Leslie made the best meal Fish Tacos, a family favorite.   And Torry and Jason got most orginal...they called the local BBQ restaurant down the street and brought in dinner!!!  It is beginning to deminish as a tradition the more children that come along.  I am sure it will bloom again when the children are older.
